This T-shaped residential loft for a young couple and a child with a nanny creates a expansive living and entertainment space, with living-dining rooms, an open kitchen, master bedroom suite, bedrooms and home office with ample storage and rooftop terrace.  Circulation is directed from the entrance at the top of the T, around the curved wall to the street front windows with downtown views.

The upper level unit of a two-family townhouse was renovated and expanded to include a penthouse home office and library balcony in a greenhouse addition, new kitchen and bathrooms, finishes and colors.  The design builds on the original modernist themes to create a unified multi-level space for a young family and child.
