Luxury Infill Lofts in a Landmark District / Design in 2004

New loft building that recalls the structural simplicity of early cast iron buildings were proposed for a through site in Soho on a block with non-homogeneous buildings built over the course of a century. The program includes 46 loft units, ground floor retail / gallery space & lower level parking.  Typical units range from 1,400 to 2,500 SF with balconies or roof terraces and 12-ft. floor heights. The penthouse levels have larger duplex units with two-story living rooms and views on three sides.
