New retail development on West 34th Street / Completion 1999

Located across from Macy's, the thru block Old Navy Flagship Building has brought new vitality to a major shopping area in the city. The design is based on the Old Navy prototype that recalls an art deco naval hangar building, and includes 80,000 SF in four levels and extends through block to West 33rd Street.  The building was designed and built using fast track methods in less than 12 months.  Upon completion, the interior installations were completed by Old Navy.
